I'm having a problem with my wireless keyboard. Its not detecting it. I've had this keyboard plugged into the computer before but I had another wireless one plugged in but ive swapped it. Can anyone help?

Sometimes if I wake my PB it doesn't detect my BT keyboard until I press a few keys, and then it reconnects.

If it's not that, then has it been paired correctly? It took me a couple of goes to get it properly paired.

I'm not sure if its paired correctly I just plugged in the dongle and it wont detect the keyboard. Could it be because I had an apple wireless keyboard and mouse that weren't "unpaired"? I dont understand why its not working. Bluetooth is on as well (I know its not using bluetooth though)

Is it the BT keyboard in your sig? If it is try unpairing and pairing it afresh. It should work then. There is some sort of instruction manual and disk with the keyboard. Have a look at that.

If it's not BT, then I don't know, sorry. But check the batteries in the keyboard (actually, do it anyway, whatever kind of keyboard it is)

no this is a microsoft wireless keyboard...i had a different wireless one in before and it had no probs yet this one wont detect?

Edit: Fixed for some reason moving USB ports fixed it

I am having a similar problem: I have the Logitech S 530 Mac and when I wake my computer, the mouse is recognized, as I can move the cursor, but I am unable to left or right click. The keyboard works fine, so it's just that one thing.

Restarting makes the issue go away but it's constant. Anyone know of a solution?

Check to see if Logitech has a software update for your mouse. I had the same thing happen on my windows box, and an upgrade to the newest mouse drivers fixed it.

Now, if I were to just say "screw it" and return it and opt for a BT model, I wouldn't have this same problem, right?

I also have issues with distance where at a certain point the tracking becomes extremely erratic, and frankly, its range is sort of laughable.

I don't know. Most likely not, but I'm not going to make any promises.

You can try repositing your transmitter. Line of sight works best.
