I'm having a problem with my wireless keyboard. Its not detecting it. I've had this keyboard plugged into the computer before but I had another wireless one plugged in but ive swapped it. Can anyone help?

Restarting makes the issue go away but it's constant. Anyone know of a solution?

I also have issues with distance where at a certain point the tracking becomes extremely erratic, and frankly, its range is sort of laughable.
