iPhone Problem z iOS 12.1 on iPhone XS

Hi.
I have a problem with the latest iOS 12.1 (I can not use the internet / iMessage etc) on iPhoneXS.
Is there a way to fix it?

It’s sounds like your not connected to any network, cellular or WiFi.

No, I have network (GSM and 3G/LTE). I have problem only with cellular. Wifi is ok

Perhaps Cellular data is turned off (check Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data). If that’s not it, consider visiting your cellular carrier and asking them.
