Problems downgrading 3.0 5b to 2.X on iPhone 2g.

Hi ,

I am having problems downgrading to 2.x from 3.0 5 beta. I am using iPhone 2g and my iPhone's is linked with developer program so no probs here. Any way I did downgrade from 3.0 1 beta back to 2.1 with no problems before but now im getting error and i cannot help it.

i put my iPhone into DFU and try to restore it with alt but get an error every time.

any ideas ?

Try putting the device into recovery mode and then do a restore in iTunes.

having tried different ipws , 2.2 firmware worked for me
