problems installing creative cloud

I have An old imac Late 2012 running Catalina 10.15.7 16gb Ram and 512 SSD hard drive runs fab but i have had major problems with Creative cloud I have got to the point where i have backed up everything and put a clean system on but i still cant down load even the installer from the adobe website, it wont even allow me to log into the web site. I have tried several browsers and looked at setting etc. Help what has gone wrong?

Do you get an error message when you attempt to log in?

Adobe support are quite helpful and responsive for installation issues, and will remote into to your computer to help install (they did so with mine). However, you do need to be able to sign into your account on their website to get personal support.

You will likely just get random suggestions from this forum, unless you have a specific question, I’m afraid.
