Problems installing Snow Leopard Server

A couple weeks ago I tried installing Lion and found out that I had a bad hard drive on my Mini server that I had setup as a RAID 0. I just got the server back from Apple today as it was under warranty and now I'm trying to install OS X but I'm getting stuck at the gray screen with the pin wheel just spinning. After a while the apple turns into a cross out circle. Any ideas on what to do? I don't have a wired keyboard so I'm not sure if holding down 'C' during boot is even doing anything.

Hold down the option key. Then you'll know if it's doing something. If it doesn't, get a USB keyboard.
