EDIT:
The problem was solved after re-installing C&C3. Only those with arcane knowledge could possible know what went wrong :/

Hey,
I'm just looking to see if anyone else is having the same problem.
I'm using the new 17" Macbook Pro, 2.4ghz, 2gb ram, 8600M GT 256mb, with the 1920 x 1200 resolution.
I have Windows XP Pro SP2 installed via Boot Camp 1.3, all the Boot Camp drivers have been installed and all patches though Windows Update.
I installed and patched C&C3 to it's latest version.
Whenever I load C&C3 it brings up the splash screen, and then enters the game. The animation of the tiberium growing out of the EA logo plays and then I'm dropped to a black screen with the green cursor. Nothing happens from there on.
I'm able to move the cursor, and bring up the Task Manager, so it hasn't totally frozen the machine.
Ending the task in Task Manager results in sporadic behavior, resulting once, in a blue screen with the "IRQ not less or equal" error. Sometimes it'll close and go back to the desktop normally.
Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know of any fixes?
Thanks in advance.
PS - sorry for the long post, just trying to give as much information as possible.
