Problems to grab iBSS file

Hey guys,
how's it going?
So I got my new 3G S and I was trying to get the iBEC and iBSS files. So I put the phone on DFU mode, downloaded the FW and restored.
First time I did the coy and paste method from the temp folder and only got the iBEC.
Second time around I used a software called iBEC iBSS grabber and got the same result, only the iBEC.
I've done it a ton of times but only seem to get the iBEC file.
What am I doing wrong?
Oh and also, I also got the ECID and downloaded that file from the purplera1n website.

So any kind of help will be greatly appreciated.

Ps. the phone itself works flawlessly, JB and unlocked!

You gotta be real quick with the copy and paste.
Those temp folders only appear for 3-4 seconds and then they dissapear.
I had to restore a couple of times to finally grab them.

i got all of them but there's no iBSS...even with the iBSS grabber software..it was suppose to get it and it didn't

I didnt use any grabber, just quick mouse movements
I tried a few times and I was also getting one then redid the DFU and got a temp folder that had both of them inside.
Dont give up, you'll get them.

Are you sure you did it in DFU mode? Follow this tutorial and skip step 4-7. I just did it with the iBEC iBSS grabber and it worked perfectly.

I'm assuming 3GS on a PC. If otherwise and you don't understand those instructions then let me know what your setup is and I'll find you the right instructions.

I finally got it! i was getting into recovery mode not DFU, thanks for the help guys!
