Hi! I need help with my iMac as acting up as I have been trying to solve itself. It is as if I am going to start the computer so will chime up and then it becomes just white and nothing happens more. The computer is an iMac 27 "late 09 with OS X 10.11.4 El Capitan Beta. SSD and the original harddrive on it.

I fixed the OS X to a usb-drive and tried to boot for format and install OS X from scratch. When I tried it on the SSDn so seems to have stuck at Apple-logo and the circle is grey brand style. I left it over the night but it had been moving. Tried to install on the harddrive instead, but it does not work either. Wondering what can I do? Its the harddrive and the SSD broken? Do I really need to take it to a serviceprovider?

Thanks!
