Problems transferring between Parallels and OSX

Ive been using parallels for a while and liked it but within the past few days parallels explorer won't let me transfer files to and from the mac os anymore. Any solution ideas? I used to be able to simply drag items from the parallels explorer but not any more.

Did you install Parallels Tools? It can be found under Actions in the top menu.

i'm not sure if I installed that or not. I could transfer files a week ago and now it's just stopped doing it. I'll try the tools thing a try though. thanks

The option to install tools is grayed out. Does that mean they're already installed?
