I'm a bit new at the iPhone technology,(and not the most knowledgeable person on a computer). During the update process things went well during downloading the upgrade, but when my computer was ready to process "network connection timed out" came up and the program didn't go through. I tried wired direct and wirelessly. My Internet connection is Telus
