iPhone Problems when rejailbreak ios 9.3.3

Try uninstalling the pangu app from your phone. And then install using cydia impactor
Go onto the Pangu app on your iPhone and press rejailbreak, then follow the onscreen instructions.
As nrlh said, the 9.3.3 jailbreak is semi-untethered. You don't need to re-connect it to the computer to restore your jailbreak.
Start up your phone, open the Pangu app, and click the big circle. Once you do, lock your phone, wait a few seconds, and it should restart automatically (you might need to wake your phone). Once it restarts, it should be jailbroken - Cydia should open, and all your installed tweaks should be running.
