problems with 3D touch not responding since my last update of IOS 10.3.3 on my iphone 6s plus how can that be resolved pls

Was the phone ever dropped? Any physical damage to the screen? Tried resetting? Tried updating the os if it's not running 10.3.3?

Maybe the phone needs a full reset or restore.

I'm running the latest iOS on a 6s with no issues.

So how do I go about resetting it?? Won't I lose my data ??

Yes, resetting would wipe everything. Before resetting, try to perform a backup in iTunes or backup to icloud.

After resetting, you can use iTunes to restore or restore from icloud during the set up process.
