Problems with 3G and Edge after 3GS 3.1.2 Jailbreak?

Since I jailbroke my 3GS on 3.1.2 yesterday, I have been unable to use 3G or Edge for more than a few minutes. Generally it will load a few pages, then suddenly stop working. The second I tap a link or press enter, an error will pop up and go away automatically. This is temporarily fixed after doing a respring, but then comes back. I have tried resetting network settings and restarting the phone.

Anybody else having this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks.

I think I'm having a similar problem....did you ever fix this? 3 or 4 times a day I have to turn on airplane mode, then turn it off to get edge or 3g connections to work. I have a jailbroken 3G running 3.1.2.

are you guys using sbsettings by any chance?
