iPhone Problems with 5.1.1 jailbreak

I'm having an issue where after I install an app from cydia and reboot my phone, cydia an any app I've got from cydia won't open, this problem has happened since takin my phone to a shop to get it jail broken, it seems as if anytime I turn off my phone or reboot it the jailbreak fails.

Any help is appreciated

It looks like you are on a tethered JB only

use redsn0w just boot to start phone in JB mode
go in to cydia and see if Rocky Racoon is installed, if it isn't install it, that is the untethered part of the jailbreak
