I do have a problem with my New iPhone 12 Pro Max. It changes the colors sometimes of certain things on the screen. When I take a screenshot everything looks ok. Watching vids or using apps there is no problem. But it shows itself when unlocking, opening up messenger or like when selecting a folder.
Is there a software fault or do I need to update something. Or do I need to go back to the store (ordered it online in Apple store) as it’s still under warranty now.

Alraedy many thanks for your help from everybody!

can youu explain ur problem once again?
The problem is like you can see in the pictures is that like the black of the signal strength is turned grey. Pictures of the faces in messenger are all inverted. If I select a folder the folder is not a grey background but dark grey/black so it’s hard to select the correct app.
If I unlock the phone the background picture turned inverted for a few seconds..

But when watching Netflix, YouTube, safe’d pictures, ... I don’t have any problems.
Seems like it’s a software problem but it makes it hard sometimes to use the phone in a easy and correct way.
