Cydia gives me the following error posix connection refused when every trying to load anything form any source. i deleted all my non Cydia default source's no luck. people say "Just wait" but i have been waiting for week's. My phone also for about 2 our of every 5 number i try to text, refuses to text those number's. but they are valid none the less. every time i restore my phone to ios 7 some of my tweaks are still there. for example when i went to ios 7 to try it out, my phones carrier settings didn't have to be changed for straight talk. and my phone was still showing my cell service bars as number's and i could still see the available amount of ram. even though the device was not jailbreak.

So my main question's are why does my iphone still retain jailbroken settings after i factory restore the thing. and what's causing this posix error. i'm going to restore the whole thing back to ios 5.1.1 again. tonight and i guarantee that will solve my posix problem but i'm certain it will not solve the messaging problem's.
if you have any suggestions about any of the problems a complete restore will not solve or you know why my iphone mysteriously keeps jailbroken features after i restore please feel free to comment

Delete your cracked repos. Then refresh in the changes tab. Stop pirating crap and this problem will go away.

Edit. Just read your entire post. Try ilex rat. Something bad is still installed.

Also, don't restore from backup. Dfu restore as new.

Like I originally stated I deleted all my repo's. except the ones that come with Cydia and no it did not solve the problem. i even rebooted the device several times. restoring to 5.1.1 has made the problem go away. still no solution to why 2 out of 5 number's i cant send texts to. unless i'm using imessage. its about time for a new phone, but I need to find one without ios 7. and even with ebay that's difficult.
