I am having serious trouble running Flash content on my Intel iMac. When I download the plugin from Macromedia, I copy a .plugin file to Library/Internet Plug-Ins and it still doesn't work in Camino or Safari.

Any ideas?

The plugin download is not compiled for x86 (Intel). You need to use the built in one Apple provide for Safari. If you want to use another browser (Camino etc) then you will nee to run them under Rosetta to allow the browser to use the plugin.

To do this find the app in the Finder. Get Info (Command-I) and check the box titled "Open using Rosetta"

Thanks for the quick reply. Under Safari, it seems as if it treats the macromedia content like an image. Upon right-clicking, it gives the same drop-down menu as if I clicked on a jpeg.
