iPhone Problems with incoming MMS messages... Need help (?)

Currently having an MMS issue where when I get a picture message, it will not show up at all. Then after I respring my phone, I get a "?" mark symbol and the files name next to it.. is there something I can do to fix this, without wiping my phone and losing jailbreak?

The pictures show up in notification Center when I get an alert for a new message.. but NOT when I open the message:

Im having the same issue but get no ? mark icon.

I only get the "?" mark after going and respringing my phone. Dont know WHAT the issue is.. I've literally uninstalled pretty much any and every tweak involving sms and pictures

List what tweaks you have and I'll compare them to mine and we can see if we can find the culprit
