Problems with iSight

Ok, I got a new iMac G5. I've been trying to do a video conference with some friends and it will work with some (ryannel2003) and some just won't work (wdlove, itasor). Any special settings I need to make? What do I need to do?

I really want to do this. Macs should be just plug 'n play.

Now when lilstewart tries the Video Confrence, it doesn't play audio anymore. I've also tried Audio Chatting, but when I try to connect to him through my eMac it doesn't work. What is the problem with his iMac, and why doesn't my eMac do Audio Chats with him?
