My macOS version is Ventura 13.4
I was trying to download the Java development kit from Orcale for a Java-based app (LibreOffice for data base) and it's not working. I installed JDK with the ARM64 architecture (I'm using an M2 Mac and I'm pretty sure Apple Silicon is ARM-based, not x64) so I'm not really sure what the issue is here.. can someone please help ? :(

JDK 20 or JDK 17?
Try the other. :)
jdk-20_macos-aarch64_bin.dmg
https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads/#jdk20-mac
jdk-17_macos-aarch64_bin.dmg
https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads/#jdk17-mac
I tried both and it didn't work at first

But I finally figured it out, it was actually kind of a stupid mistake haha. Apparently I downloaded the macOS Intel version of LibreOffice instead of the Apple Silicon version 😅
I downloaded the Apple Silicon version and it's now working, but thank you 🙏🏻 .
