Problems with JB 2.2 3G (installer, cydia are there)

alright i just jailbroke mine and my friends iphone 3gs v2.2 using quick pwn and installer and cydia came... but when downloading themes they are not working example my winterbord isnt comming up and hes it just wont work after checking it off.... anyone know the problems causing it?

Might need to reorder the ones you want.
In Winterboard, move the most desired theme to the TOP of the page (use handles on right side of screen).

That may be the fix.

alright nvm i fixed both probelms i just restored his phone and jailbroke it again and fixed all issues thanks again
