Since the introduction of Mojave, watching Youtube vids in full screen on Safari has become a real problem. The screen will switch from dark to light and back again. In order for me to see the screen back to light I have to move the mouse but after a couple of seconds later it turns back to dark. This never happened with Sierra. Nothing has changed in my settings, therefore, there must be a problem in the way Mojave is acting. This is really annoying. I've cleared Safari's cache, cleared the history, nothing works. Has anyone else experienced this?
