I updated safari last night and it deleted all my stored web passwords out of my keychain. Has anyone experienced this problem?

Mines been fine too. To be honest I've never really had any problems with Safari, the odd close down, thats it. Nothing so far after the update. But it is at this point when I have said things are fine when things start to go wrong!!! hehe!

It's tricky if they've been erased since if you're been using your Mac since they may already have been overwritten.

Are they gone from the Keychain Access application too? Go to Passwords, Internet and you can view them.

If you have a recent backup, you could import your internet passwords back into Keychain Access and they should reappear in Safari too.
