MP 1,1-5,1 Problems with screens

Hi Everybody
I'm the owner of CMP early 2009 upgraded to 5.1 12 core 3,46 with RX580 graphic card.
one week ago starts a problems with screens which they do not turn of at the shut down of the CMP. 1 of them are linked in DVI and 2 is linked to HDMI.
In the beginning only one doesn't turn of but this week start an other one giving the same problem.
pls note only the led is blinking but the screen is of.
Running Mojave and screens are Apple cinema 20"

May sounds weird, but what screens are they? I've had these same issues in the past with my Dell P2415Q. Turned out the displays themselves went into some kind of error where none of the ports would work except the miniDP port. The solution I found was to remove all sources of power from the displays, and pressing the on/off button for about 15 seconds, this drains all the residual power from the displays causing them to force restart, and then everything worked again. Have you tried different displays, or removing power from the MacPro for at least 24hrs?

Display are Apple cinema 20" old about 10 years but perfectly working.
I will ry to discount and I will be back wit results.
