Hi, everyone,

I own a unibody MacBook. On the Windows side, everything works fine, except for now and then when sound stops working. It's not muted, and I've checked the RealTek control panel that BootCamp installs as well. Nothing seems to fix it except a restart, then it's fine.

I've never had this problem on the Mac side...

I know, some of you will say, "just quit using windows," but I rely on software that is windows-only, and I'm not satisfied with Parallels. Any help out there is much appreciated!

There is a bug with the current Realtek drivers or something...

If you shut down Windows with the sound muted, it will not work when you restart unless you unmute it, and then restart it again.
