Problems with spotlight

I am using El Capitán on my 12 inch Macbook and so far it's been great but I think Spotlight is not working as intended, it does not search for anything that it didn't before it only works with the usual files but no internet results for example if I ask for weather or sport results?

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Spotlight is generic for me as well. It isn't that way in DP 3. I filed a report.

Does anyone know if spotlight should have all it's functions in other languages also or only in english?
