iPhone Problems with the home button in iOS 9?

Has anyone else had problems with the home button after upgrading to iOS9? Sometimes when my phone is locked and the screen is off, I push the home button and nothing happens. I have to push it again to get the lock screen. At other times, Siri comes up even after a short push. Anyone else having trouble with the home button?

This has happened to me before a few times on iOS 8.4.1 as well, at least the unresponsive part.

Old issue. I used to see that on iOS 7.

Funny I have not seen it until the iOS 9 update. The Siri thing is particularly annoying.
