problems with un-unlockable

so this is a two part question.

Originally i have put lockinfo for my iphone3g. i wanted the slider gone, so i installed un-unlockable. Now however after both deactivating it in winterboard, deleting it, and even reinstalling and running through the first two options again, i still cannot get my slider back. i was hoping to get a really kick ass slider, but it seems no custom sliders (or the original slider) will display. how can i get my slider viewable again.

also does anyone know how to get a nice padlock slider on?

have you got an option called full screen ticked on lock info? this hides ur slider but still allows u to slide to unlock.
As far as themes go if u cant find one u like in cydia why not make ur own? download a slider theme and then just replace the slider icon in that theme with ur icon (via WinSCP and Open SSH) and call it the same name, also match the size of the image and u have ur own slider theme.
