Procedures after replacing MB hard drive.

I want to upgrade my stock 60GB hard drive to atleast 120 ~ 160 GB.
After I replace it with a larger hard drive....then what do I do?
What is the procedure(s) to reinstall OS X?

start from your OSX installation dvd, before installing go to the menu bar, choose disk utility and format your newly installed hdd, then just install OSX
