Hello there, I'm just thinking very seriously about buying the new iMac.
The inteded use is Logic Pro and XCode.
I'm just debating between the top i5, the i7 and the i9.
When it comes to technologies like Hyper-Threading and whatnot they all include it. The main difference is multi-core performance.
I don't know if the top i5 is more than enough for the "average" pro beginner and other processors are just and overkill. Also, when buying the i7 model I'm also paying for graphics memory which I'm not interested at all.
Thank you very much
