MS Office due to years of experience. Less learning curve. Most people I exchange documents with also use Office.
 
Office. I love the "options" they have within the software. I find that I can do a lot more than iWorks. I think iWorks is more of a simple/dummy version. :D
 
A few years ago I made the mistake of learning LaTeX. That was sweet, until I had to collaborate on something (university). Not doing that mistake again, nowadays I go mainstream with MS Office.
