Profile picture not showed

Hello,
on my Apple Watch series 4 with WatchOS 7.2 I can’t se my Apple ID picture in the setting, but at my contact profile on watch it is shown. When I go to message setting on iPhone and want to share name and photo I get a notification that I use 2 phone numbers on the same ID and it is not possible. Could this be the reason? I also have a series 2 and the picture is there also not shown.

No picture for me either. Apple, in their continued ineptitude, seem to keep breaking this (as well as many other things).

I had this multiple times after setting up the watch again, and again, and again,...
Restarting helped most of the time. If it didn‘t help, the pic appeared during the night, while the watch was charging.

This has been an issue for as long as I can remember. As annoying as it is, I’ve learned to ignore it.
