What are you referring to? Provisioning profiles?

If so, I'd assume you'll need to re-install them. If you don't control it, say from MDM, it may not support iOS 9. You can always download the configuration utility.

Quite a few of them disappeared as of iOS 8 or even 7 to simplify how things are handled for end-users, supposedly. I believe there are certain profiles that will show up there, while others will no longer be there. As I recall you can still see them via Xcode or perhaps iPhone configuration utility (if that is still offered by Apple).

It was a right pain for apple removing that. I had a very specific problem with profiles, where by many of the UK universities here use a system that allows you to login to their wifi through your own uni wifi passwords. Let's just say it got a bit confused when I tried to use my own wifi in different institutions and dear lord would my life have been SO much simpler if I could have accessed and modified/deleted a profile. My god.

I now understand what you feel you're missing, but have you tried installing the profiles again?
In iOS 7 I had 8 profiles: 1 was a MDM profile with 4 sub-profiles, 2 were root and subordinate CAs for my company for self-signing certs and 1 was for test flight. In iOS 8 I had 3 show up here: the MDM (the sub-profiles are still there, but underneath the main one and the 2 CAs. Test flight is now within Apple.

In installing iOS 9, do you just need to re-install the profiles, or is the functionality missing in beta 1? I'm a developer but I don't have iOS 9 loaded on any devices as I need them as daily drivers. I just use Xcode at iOS 9 at this point.

Remember this is a beta.

I'm on 9 and it seemed to wipe out any profiles I had installed, that being said I done fresh install as a new iPhone as didn't want any conflict with old backups. I had to reinstall 2 configuration profiles for mobile hotspots and the WatchOS 2 beta, the profiles show up I don't have to use Xcode to see them. Don't know how they're affected by upgrading to iOS 9 though.
