macOS program "movie"

Hello,

New to all this. Bear with me.
I need to "mock-up" a program that does not exist in order to make a screenshot video of it. The program does not need to operate, I can mimic that by editing the video. I need to show the windows, buttons, etc.
I need the video to show to a few people who are interested in the idea.
Can anyone recommend a reasonable way of doing this?

Use Interface Builder.

Interface Builder I think will be the simplest solution I am afraid.
