Program to Make iphone Ringtones

Whenever I try to add a ringtone to my iPhone the quality is horrible. I first covert the mp3 to .wav, and then to .m4a, then finally .m4r. The quality is always horrible and isnt loud enough. Does anyone know of any programs to use. I tried searching the forums but i couldnt find a program to use. Im running on Windows XP.

If you're Jailbroken, install SendSong on the phone. Load it up, choose your song and choose "Set Ringtone". Works for me.

If you're not Jailbroken...well...Jailbreak it
