Programme to talk to the Macbook Air??

Does anyone know of any programmes to get so u can talk to the Air and tell it wat to do?? I know u can do it already on the Air but its pretty basic and was wondering if anyone knew of good programmes to download so i can tell it to do more things. I saw some guy on YouTube telling a mac to do loads of things really fast n it was really responsiveness...even typing text for him!!!

There are plenty of VNC applications that let you remote control your Mac. I use Vine, and it works really well.

I think he was talking about voice recongintion, Dragon Naturally speaking was an application that my girlfriend used for dictation. Seemed to work well, not sure if its PC only
