Overall, the flyers are pretty cool. There's nothing that I feel absolutely has to be changed.
But if you are looking to change something, here are two nitpicky subjective suggestions:
On the front, I'd suggest using one large woman instead of 3 small ones. I just think one larger woman (large in the sense of scale, not weight. Just want to clarify) would be a bit more eye catching and engrossing. As it is now, the three woman are definitely noticeable, but they do sort of compete with one another.
I'm assuming this is one flyer, and you're showing us the front and the back. If I'm wrong, disregard the following comment.
As for the back, perhaps there's a way you can tie it in with the front just a little bit more - either through typography or color or a logo. It sort of feels like a completely different flyer. I realize it's advertising two different events, but if they're on the same flyer, I feel there should be some sort of connection.
