Promo code question

If you give out promo codes for an app can those people still do reviews on the iTunes site for others to see?

Yes. I've reviewed apps I've received as the result of promo codes, and they show in the App Store. For those who post those codes here, that's part of the reason they do it.

Also, while I'm at it, applications downloaded with promotion codes behave exactly like ones you purchase. They get updated for free, etc.
