Promodlive Call of Duty 4 for Mac, dead easy help :P

Right..
sorry about the vague title, basically I'm so close to buying the Mac version of CoD4 for my iMac.
The last thing I need to find out is if it can play modded servers (that's probably a bad way to describe them haha)

could somebody please try and find one of the Promodlive (I think that's what it's called) servers, and try to connect to it please? I just want to see if it works basically

Also, I know it's been posted before I think, but we play on the same servers as PC guys don't we?
