iOS Promote my other app in my other app

I would like to find a framework that would popup an view, where my other app is stated, so people would download my other app also. So like an advertisement for my own app. Is there a framework for it, or how should it make it?

Why not just make it a webview? This seems like the easiest and most robust option.
