i have read numerious articles on website promotion, but how would you promote a website like this www.buezit.com ? Any thoughts? advise is greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

Actually, that's just the sort of thing I'm interested in. I'm helping with a small local blog (http://davidsonnews.net), and we'd like to have a bulletin board where local people can advertise garage sales, and so on. Your site would be perfect for that, especially if you could set up a custom page just for our town.

That might be a good way for you to proceed -- find small local sites and email them, offering to make them a customized classified ad page. A lot of towns have web sites, either operated by the local government or by independents like us. We're not big enough for Craigslist, so you'd be filling an important niche.

I;m actually working on a similar project and am working with a marketing expert on it. I dont really know how it will be done yet, but it will start n CA with MGCA.

I will let you know if I get any good advise.

dont want to start another thread and make people upset so i'm going to combine my 2nd concern here.

What should i impove in my website to attract more users and revisitors. www.buezit.com . I feel like something is missing and I don't have the experience to spot it.
