proper screw driver to add ram?

I've tried two phillips #2 screw drivers. None of them work. Could someone please direct me to the proper one?

It just says Philips screwdriver. Usually you can get away with using a fairly bigger/smaller size and still get the screw out. Are you, uh, doing it wrong?

Yeah. I was using a small one. I just tried a big one and it worked. Weird. Thanks for the help.

what a pain in the arse, I just installed my ram - and screwing that tiny screw back in was near impossible! its still not screwed in properly, but you cant see it , so I am not too worried - almost stripped thescrew, when you unscrew it, its no problem ,its screwing it back in that is the crapper.
