So, I'm actually having pretty good battery life on my iPhone 3G. I took it off a full charge yesterday morning at about 9am and it's still going... infact I'm trying to drain it now by playing a movie at full brightness and it's still not dead. By comparison, I used the phone for about 1-1.5 hours of Pandora radio yesterday, taking some photos, texting a ton, using some apps and then standby until this morning... now 2 hours of full brightness movie and as soon as it finally dies, I'll plug it in and let it go to full charge.

Question is... how long should I leave it charing? Can you calibrate the battery like you can with the MBP's?

Thanks in advance!

If you want to properly calibrate and wake up your battery, do three cycles.

Charge it fully (4-5h?), and use it until your iphone shuts down. Repeat x3
