Protected PDFs App Reader?

I have numerous PDF's on my MacBook and would love it if I had them all on this Ipad. What app will allow me to house all these PDFs on the app and let me read them, considering they are password protected?

You can create folders in GoodReader and then put a password on the folder. Not sure about stuff that's already password protected.

Yes, Goodreader can open protected PDFs. I installed it last night, transferred a protected file to it and opened it with no issues. Very nice app, BTW.
