Does anyone know if there are clear, plain, protective skins available for the Macbook? Similiar to those adhesive skins for the iPods?

D'oh! Found something just after I posted. Looks like BestSkinEver have the perfect thing I'm looking for.

Anyone got any experience using them for their Macbook?

Looks like I made mistake. BestSkinEver don't appear to deliver the skin I like to the UK, which rules them out. I then tried Invisisble Shield, and was happy to see they do deliver to the UK ... but at a very high rate. For the Skin and delivery, the total came to $110. Seems awfully steep to me, so opted out.

Anyone from the UK know of any UK retail outlets selling a similiar product?

Sorry i keep bombing this thread, but if you have a black macbook, DONT buy the applepeelz one, the website warns it is very hard to apply to the matte finish.

Techshell

I ordered the shieldzone, and paid for the extra postage to Australia and if I had to 'do it all over again' I would have purchased this instead:

http://www.macobserver.com/review/2007/02/08.1.shtml

When I bought my MB the price of the shieldzone didn't sound too bad considering I paid just over AU$2200 for the laptop, but I think the techshell would do a better job of 'protecting' the MB and its easier to remove/replace.

The shieldzone works as advertised and I love it, but if I had the choice I would have got the techshell. Unfortunately it wasn't available when I got my MB.

There's a similar product from Speck but I'm a little weary about them b/c all their product shots for the MB 13" are of the MBP version (how can a company think it's okay to show photos for a product and sell another?). And I can not find any reviews on the MB version. Something fishy is going on?
