Interesting. Out of your list, the tweaks I don't have installed are infinifolders, unfold, iblacklist, and winterboard. I have several other tweaks installed though. Unfold caused my phone to freeze and when I put my phone to sleep when I woke it up, it immediately showed the springboard not the lockscreen, but it was frozen. That has very well known bugs right now but I can't see that messing with protube. Not sure how iblacklist and winterboard can mess with it either.
But infinifolders...I'm just gonna throw this out there. The other day, idownloadblog had an article stating that some people were having issues streaming embedded videos in websites. Turns out, the problem was with people who installed protube and moved YouTube inside a folder or hidden completely from the SB altogether. I know it's a reach, but maybe there's something there. Do you rely heavily on infinifolders? If you still have problems, if I were you I'd remove that first to see if the problem goes away. It's a reach for sure. But sounds like there's something going on between protube, YouTube, and folders/hiding the icon.
