iOS Provisioning profile greyed out. Help!

Hey guys,

I have been following step by step the "tutorial" on the apple site to prepare my app for distribution but got stuck when it was time to select the provisioning profile.
When i try to select it, i can't see the provisioning profile in xcode i created earlier though i am sure it is installed properly.
All i can see is Distribution Profile: mycompanyname greyed out.
At this point i am really getting frustrated with this and i am calling for help, YOUR HELP.
I am even willing to give you access to my screen using ichat if it can help you to help me

That's correct behavior. There are no UDIDs in the profile so you won't be able to select it in organizer. You need to select the profile on the get info->build tab of the release target. If you want me to do this for you it takes about 5 seconds...send me a PM.
