My Provisioning Profiles for development are expired, how long will it take to change from pending status?

Normally only a few minutes. But you need to refresh the webpage: it doesn't update on it's own...

I know, I've tried to refresh, restart,log out/in and it's been about 30 min but still it's pending.

The portal is currently being updated and you should be able to renew in a little while.
