Prsonalised Spatial Audio and AW/iPad

I have found following apple page: https://support.apple.com/en-sa/HT213318 about new feature Personalised Spatial Audio.
Based on the list it seems, that it should be functional on all dievices with iOS 16 (previously it wasnt available on iPad PRO 10.5 ) + newly on Watch OS9.

Could somebody verify it on Watch with OS9 without iphone , if it is really available?
(Do you think that this featue will be available also in Pad Pro 10.5 if classic Spatial audio in past wasnt)?
