Ps CS4: Howto disable iphone scrolling?

what is it with this annoying iphone scrolling in photoshop cs4 and how can you disable it? haven't found any place in settings to do so.
 
Anyone? Doesn't it bother anybody when moving/ scrolling around in your large images?

I think this was one of the dumbest ideas to go into PS CS4 ever. It's fun on the iphone but not in a DCC app, seriously!
 
Ooops, sorry found it: (switch off) "Enable flick panning"
